Transition Networks

Service Provider

End to End Service Assurance from a Trusted Vendor Partner

Transition Networks is an industry leader in manufacturing for data communications that was founded in 1987 by telco owner/operator and entrepreneur Curt Sampson. Since then we have been in the business of keeping service providers in business by engineering the manufacturing best-in-class carrier grade products and application based management tools. Now present in over 60 countries worldwide, we have implemented over 100,000 systems for customers who know they can trust their business operations to our highly reliable network equipment.

Our comprehensive product portfolio is designed to support strict MEF 2.0 standards in a wide range of expanding market needs including mobile backhaul, business services and cloud assurance as well as carrier exchange networks. These products also provide true carrier-grade quality, reliability, performance, and protection for TDM, Circuit Emulation Services (CES) and Carrier Ethernet services. Additionally, we provide cost-effective solutions to build high performance, next generation networks that ease the migration of legacy services while increasing revenue and reducing operating expenses.

At Transition Networks we strive to help our customers identify products to solve today’s business problems while future proofing for tomorrow. This consultative approach enables us to better understand each business’ unique requirements and to ensure growth in revenue services to customer satisfaction.

Network Visibility, Service Assurance & Services Delivery While Preserving Your Legacy Investment

Preserve revenue

The ‘legacy’ infrastructure can be retired – not the revenue earning service.

Reduce OPEX

No need to train new staff on legacy equipment or to purchase hard-to-find and expensive legacy equipment spares.

Improve reliability

Legacy networks were engineered to provide five 9s reliability. Any replacement strategy needs to meet or exceed this metric. Transition Networks provides Access that achieves at least five 9s. Reliability is more than just five 9s: it includes design, execution and post sales too.

Extend service life

Continue using legacy equipment and applications – with the option of anytime transition to ‘all Ethernet’, there is no need to purchase new equipment, such as VoIP, PBX, etc, or to incur the disruption of change.

Greater performance

Take advantage of higher data rates from Carrier Ethernet, alongside the existing TDM services.

Get more for less

Ability to maintain existing services and add new ones, with no need for capital outlay on new CPE.
