Transition Networks Showcases Smart Managed Switches, PoE+ SFP-based Media Converters, and Other PoE Solutions at BICSI and ASIS Conferences

Minneapolis, MN – Sept. 19, 2017 — Transition Networks, Inc., a leading provider of innovative, high-value, data network integration solutions, today announced it would showcase its Power-over-Ethernet Plus (PoE+) SFP-based media converters, its PoE+ switches that utilize a unique Device Management System (DMS), and its PoE solutions for legacy cabling at the BICSI 2017 Fall Conference and the ASIS Annual Seminar this month.

The BICSI 2017 Fall Conference will take place Sept. 24-28, 2017 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas. The BICSI Fall Conference brings together ICT professionals, exhibiting companies and industry media.  Transition Networks will showcase its solutions in booth #604.

During the conference, Transition Networks will display its Smart Managed PoE+ Switches with DMS, Managed Hardened PoE+ Switches with DMS, SFP form factor 2-Wire/Coax Ethernet Extender and Ethernet Extenders with PoE+, as well as its 4-Slot Media Converter Shelf.

The ASIS 63rd Annual Seminar will take place Sept. 25-28, 2017 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas. The ASIS Annual Seminar is the premier event for security professionals worldwide, providing industry-leading education, countless business connections, and the latest products and services. Transition Networks will showcase its solutions in booth #1221 and its Smart Managed PoE+ Switches will also be featured within the Milestone booth #3945.

During the conference, Transition Networks will display its Smart Managed PoE+ Switches and Managed Hardened PoE+ Switches (both with DMS), Ethernet Over 2-Wire and Ethernet Over Coax Extenders with PoE+, SFP form factor Ethernet Extenders, Stand-alone Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ Media Converters, and Unmanaged Hardened PoE+ Injector/Converter.
