Our Parent Company

Communications Systems, Inc. is the parent company of Transition Networks and several other business units, including Suttle Solutions, Net2Edge, and JDL Technologies. One of the many things our companies share in common is the use of technology to solve customer problems and meet emerging customer needs.

CSI was founded in 1969 in Minnesota and debuted on the NASDAQ stock market in 1981 under the symbol JCS.

The company provides physical connectivity infrastructure and services for broadband networks around the world. By developing and offering solutions that are both innovative and cost-effective, CSI enables customers to deliver, manage, and optimize their network services and architecture to enhance their business success.
