When using passive optical CWDM devices by Transition Networks, there is no need to replace components; CWDM wavelength-specific optical ports on Transition’s complete line of media converters and switching products, allow customers the full benefit of CWDM technology. The results are scaled to their exact needs, by using a simple, modular building-block approach to its deployment. This new passive optical CWDM solution used in conjunction with our media converters and switches, offer customers a means to effectively augment their existing infrastructure with a low-cost, plug-and-play platform.
