Converge™ EMS allows for centralized real-time performance data collection and analysis to monitor customer SLAs. It supports the setting of performance thresholds of monitoring and trend analysis to identify issues before they become service affecting. Extensive graphical options allow ease of real-time and historical performance analysis and the performance dashboards allows easy monitoring with a customizable view of the performance data. Custom Performance reports can be generated with just a few clicks. The many of the key performance indicators (KPIs) are based on IEEE 802.3ah, 802.1ag and ITU-T .1731 measurements.

Northbound Integration

Northbound Integration

Converge™ allows for a simply integration and configuration with a service provider’s NMS/OSS API’s through northbound protocols like SNMP, MTOSI, CLI, Java, and SOAP. These standards based APIs allow for easy integration and are capable of sending event data / topology data/ performance data to a higher level OSS. This Northbound interface provides network topology, configuration retrieval, provisioning services, and facilitates the integration with higher layer NMS/OSS for fault management and flow through provisioning.
