Stephen Anderson, Vice President of Engineering, was promoted to his present position in July 1997. He joined Transition Networks in 1996 as Director of Engineering. Prior to Transition, Anderson held several development and technical management positions in the past 20 years. These positions include Director of Engineering at Network Communications Corporation, Bloomington, Minn.; multiple management positions at St. Paul, Minn-based NCR Networks Products Division; Engineering Department Head at IDA Corporation in Moorhead, Minn and Project Engineer at Rockwell International, Cedar Rapids, IA.

Anderson holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree, Electronics Technology, North Dakota State College of Science, 1973, an Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering, Capital Radio Engineering Institute, 1974 and a Bachelor of Science Degree, Electrical Engineering/Communications, North Dakota State University, 1979.
