Quality Positions

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

Document Control

• MMRB coordination including inventory accuracy, security, MMRB report weekly ,Cycle count monthly
• Process DMN returns weekly unless the requirements is different
• ECN implementation including pulling product for rework and A4 updates
• Quality hold material pulled for rework and A4 updates
• Process and store Certificates of Conformance
• Problem solving including parts/products issues, segregating, investigating, communicating
• Internal ISO auditing requires
• Inspection of in-process material as needed
• Final inspection
• Supplier contracts as necessary
• Promote a positive, professional quality attitude
• Other duties as assigned

Nature & Scope:

• Reports to Quality Manager
• No direct responsibility for supervising others

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Thorough understanding of quality systems and ISO requirements
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Windows applications
• Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities at once.
• Strong ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Fluent oral and written English communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2-4 years in Quality or Manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office Windows

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA or Technical Degree
• 2-4 years experience in inspection
• 2-4 years experience in electronics
